After becoming paralysed 10 years ago my husband had looked after me and our two children and have always been nervous about outsidecare. He has wanted to go back to work for a long time and now our children are older we thought now is the time to try.
Well what can I say other than we wish we had done this years ago. I couldnt have hand picked better carers if i wanted too ! I absolutely love my ladies, they always make me feel safe, listened too and most importantly for me we have a good giggle! I actually look forward to them coming. They're great with my husband and kids too.

Uzra has been like a member of my family and has been very kind to me
She is always respectful and takes time to make sure that I am comfortable in every way. She is very prompt and always on time. If I would choose a single carer for myself it would her. I am very pleased with the company performance and how well trained the staff are.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mercie Gracie Care Limited for the care you have been giving me. I am very thankful to the Constance team who have been helping me so much during this time. Mercie grace have been caring for my wife Lyn for the last year they are a very professional group of carers who do a good job caring in sometimes difficult circumstances thank you to them all

We can’t thank everyone at Mercie Grace enough. From the outset we were impressed by the thorough assessment conducted to establish mums’s needs, her likes and dislikes and the things that are important to her.

Mum is currently confined to bed and has quite demanding care needs. However, the carers take everything in their stride and have such a wonderful manner towards mum. Without exception every carer has provided a first class service.

Having carers coming into your home can be difficult to come to terms with but the transition has been made easy due to the carers’ professional yet kind and friendly approach to mum (and to us).

The team have been very willing to listen to our suggestions on ways to enable mum wherever possible.

The carers at Mercie Grace really do provide an excellent service and always with a warm smile, gentle approach and a genuine desire to give the best care. possible.

15/12 was the last day my Mum received care from the team at Mercie Grace, as she has moved in to full time care!
Mercie Grace has looked after my Mum since April 2025, they are outstanding!

Mercie Grace is a very good at looking after people, when I live miles away and very little family it’s reassuring that I know my mum June is very well looked after by Hazel.
